1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using 4EverMemories, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
4EverMemories provides a digital memorial platform enabling users to create, host, and share obituaries and memorial pages for their deceased loved ones. Services include biography creation, photo/video galleries, audio uploads, QR code generation, and condolence messaging.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to create memorials requires a paid subscription. Plans start at R999.99 for 5 years. All payments are processed securely via PayFast. Payments are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated and a memorial has been created.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the platform. You must have the right to use all images, videos, audio, and text. Content must not be defamatory, offensive, or violate any third-party rights.
5. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is collected only for the purpose of providing our services and will never be sold to third parties. Memorial pages are publicly accessible by default once published.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or upload inappropriate content.
